Increase surplus of cooling system, exhaust temperature can be controlled within ambient temperature plus 58~C(Water cooling≤ 40)Vertical oil & air separation tank, improve effect of rough separation. Enlarged oil&air separation element, oil content can be controlled within 1-3ppm.
PLC control makes operation more convenient, multi-station union control is achieved. Chinese LCD screen, unit operation is clear at a glancewith the allocation of manometer, air filter element contamination indicators, purge nozzle, cooler cleaning Windows and external fuel discharge port, observation and maintenance are more convenient. With four-side panels easy open design, replacement of engine oil and filter can be done with one side panel open. As the inlet air Pre-filter mesh can be disassembled and cleaned, the unit is cleaner and engine oil&filter element replacement cycle is Iongen.
